Was not happy with my wax at all. Was told to oil myself which I’m not used to in other clinics, was covered in wax when I left and the wax itself was horrendous. Patches left everywhere not smooth

Instructions how to get there weren’t clear. Arrived early and no one was there, no one answered the phone.
