The space is fine enough, but there are a few things that make this kind of experience a lot more enjoyable; a warm greeting and some music. My beautician did a good job overall, but the process was entirely in silence which means you can’t focus on anything but the ceiling and the pain! A bit more of a chat and some music to distract are free and simple ways to get a much better rating.
