My therapist was wonderful at ensuring that I was comfortable and made my wax as painless as possible. However, the clinic moved premises recently and the place smelt of paint and there was plastic sheets everywhere. I wasn’t given any directions prior to the appointment and only found out when I got to the previous premises. As a result I was late and missed one of my treatments. Shame because the staff were very good at the clinic..
