I came here for underarm laser and had a very quick and professional service! No pain at all, the machine just pinches a little as its sucking your skin. I had shaved that morning and the therapist also shaved any hairs I'd misssed, and that caused some redness and aggravation. The next day the skin was patchy red, then on day 3 it was normal again. The recommendation is to shave 12 hours before the appointment and I'll definitely stick to this next time.
