I was a bit apprehensive as all the staff I know have left. Desta was welcoming and friendly. She did an excellent and thorough job, but most importantly she has compassion and empathy for clients . She did not rush, ensured that when wax strips were pulled off, it was done in a way to mitigate pain as far as possible.
