Very pleased with wax from Maria, however she is going on maternity leave soon. Isabelle who was great is gone and Lily who was exceptional has left also. Other clients have said there is no one left who is caring, takes their time with waxing, chats with you and makes it a good experience. Being quick with waxing, being heavy handed, leaving lots of hair behind, even getting burnt as I have heard from others is not acceptable. I’m currently looking elsewhere, unless they recruit well.
