I always give Simply Clinic 5 stars as their service and hot wax is usually outstanding and have only used them for a few years. Unfortunately, my last experience wasn't great. Rather than using hot wax, the therapist insisted on using strip wax as it was "quicker", I reluctantly agreed after being asked 3 times. The reaction I have now is horrible, spots, bumps and ingrown painful hairs. I will still use Simply Clinics but will insist no to strip wax although a therapist should know not to use strip wax in sensitive areas and will request my usual therapist.
