I'vebeen going to Simply Clinics for years because the service and quality of treatment was good. Not so great now though. The therapist was rushed,applied the waxing oil and realised she had missed a bit andhad to go back in to wax again with wax of scorching temperature. I told her but she said it was on low temperature and there was nothing she could do.
