It was my first time doing a Hollywood wax treatment and so, I was very nervous but Mona was gracious enough to talk me through the entire purpose. She made the supposedly painful experience of waxing a really pleasant one with her great energy and expertise in what she does. She took her time with me and never made me feel pressured or rushed into anything. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll definitely be back often!
