I have been to Simply Clinics a number of times in the past and had no problems, however this was easily my worst waxing experience. The wax was unbelievably hot, to the point I was swearing every time it was applied. The therapist was blowing on it to try and cool it down, but I think grew a little tired of doing this. She was lovely, and I am not usually one to complain, but this truly was not a good experience. Very painful.

I am very happy with a procedure I had in this salon and the salon itself. Very nice, friendly and private approach. Taking great care of the client and professional service. Definitely recommend and will come back again for the further treatments.
