I came here for the first time for an underarm and Hollywood wax and was quite honestly dreading it after my last painful experience at a more expensive salon elsewhere. But I was so pleasantly surprised! Is it possible to have an almost pain free Hollywood?! Apparently so! I don't know how they do it but I wont be going anywhere else for my waxing anymore. The salon is down some steps a short walk away from Shepherds Bush station and is peaceful and spotless. Lovely staff and very good value for money. Another very happy customer :)

Incredibly good value wax. This was one of the best waxes I have ever had - the room was spotless, and the beautician was friendly and professional. Have been looking for a good waxing place in Shepherds Bush for a while, and will 100% be a regular here.

I arrived for my apt (Brazilian and half leg wax) to be given an apology and to let me know that the therapist was running slightly behind time. As suggested I was taken a little after my alloted time, however the service was quick and courteous, just as before.
