I was satisfied with my appointment at Simply Clinics. The lady who did my Brazilian wax was very good at it, it was very painless, clean and thorough, and she was smiley. I didn't give the venue full marks because the staff were oddly uncommunicative - they were all smiley and polite but I waited about ten mins before someone even saw me at the reception and there was no greeting or apology. But this isn't a big problem to me and the standard of service is very high

I always get waxed in simply however I had a new therapist carrying out my wax. Very abrupt and no conversation. Felt very rushed. Waxing was good overall.
