Recently received a Botox procedure at Simply Clinics in Shepherds Bush. Both the doctor and receptionist were efficient, punctual and courteous. The doctor explained the procedure and the aftercare and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would recommend Simply Clinics.

The wax was way too hot and I had said this twice but nothing changed, they helped me with my buggy which was nice and staff were overall good, the wax took a very long time compared to other waxes that I have had which was confusing for me because I have a baby and she was very hungry at the time, I won’t go back here if I’m honest.
