So already I’m not best pleased, as they had to move my appointment because a machine was broken.. I then got an early appointment 9am I asked if I could come early I was told they are open from 8am if they have a space they could squeeze me in. Then! I appear at8:15am and the place is closed! Shutters down everything, I email about it and the lazy was very apologetic about it. I then get another appointment this time for 8am.. I arrive at 8:06 as I’m walking to the door the receptionist had CANCELLED my appointment, and nowhere did it say if your 5mins late we cancel the appointment. Btw this was for only a patch test that took Two minutes! So I don’t understand why she cancelled it when it says the appointment will last 15minutes at 8;15 I could understand cancelling it not 5mins in.. that was poor judgement. Especially after all this booking and rearranging which started with them and there faulty Machine.

This was my first time at Simply Clinics. I was very impressed with their high level of service. I went in the for the Hollywood wax and Anna was so professional and quick. As a California native, my standards are very high and they were definitely met. Anna was very thorough and it was almost painless. Will definitely be coming back.
