My third treatment here; quick as usual, although more painful this time! Last time the therapist left the ice packs on the areas she hadn't gotten to yet, and I think that helped a lot. This time I had the same therapist as the first session, and while she put the ice on at the beginning, once she'd taken it off it didn't go back on anywhere. I'll remember to make the request for next time that it stays on the areas she's not treating yet.
