I got a text a few days before app. and realised it had been booked for the wrong location. A quick email to the clinic and they changed it very quickly with only a days notice. I arrived 15 mins early and Orsi was very welcoming and got started straight away. I felt really comfortable and confident in her. Waxing is never pleasant but really great experience there, extremely quick as well! I am booking again! and would definitely recommend to others
