I wasn’t aware that I needed a patch treatment when I booked. So had to rebook to do the full treatment later. However, the service and staff were lovely!

After 7+ years of waxing this is the first clinic I’ve committed to for over a year. Some technicians are better than others but the ‘worst’ is still far better than what I’ve had elsewhere. I have only been to the Shepard’s Bush branch.
