Can't fault the wax, it was quick and pain free and the therapist was both friendly and professional. Unfortunately though the towel I was given to cover up with was visibly grubby and seemed to have been used for another client already. I've previously had a good experience there and thought I'd found my regular salon but a bit put off as hygiene is important to me.
