It was a good experience. The staff was professional and I didn’t have to wait that long. They always try to make you as comfortable as possible especially when you have a sensitive skin like me.
The only thing I didn’t like is the music. I would ha put a classical or meditation music in the waiting room just to get you relaxed.

The machine is new and the place is very well organised. I will go back.
The only annoying part is to do this patch test 48 hours before the laser hair removal when I already did it three times but not in this shop.
