had a hollywood/brazilian wax - when I got home I noticed a couple areas where the hair wasn't well removed...hopefully this will not happen next time (honestly, I've only had good experiences before, they are usually REALLY thorough!). Really fast and as painless as waxing can be. Professional and friendly staff.
