The place was clean and seemed modern. I am unfortunately disappointed with the wax as the waxer left on one of the strips on too long and now my top layer of skin is torn off and bleeding and severely sore. I get waxes all the time, and as much as I loved the efficiency, it seemed like she didn’t want to be there / didn’t care if I was in pain or not.
