I had a gel removal with manicure and conditioner. I was attended by Jollie. She was meticulous in cleaning my nails and making sure to not harm the nail bed. She was very informative as well. I was slightly disappointed that the manicure part was very basic but I guess you get what you pay for. There wasn't any hand/finger massage or hot water soak and moisturising. However the nails were very well taken care off :) I can't complain!
P.S: They use fresh filler and buffer for each customer :)
