My waxing treatment was very good, and I was very pleased with the results. However, the final outcome of my brow lamination was very unsatisfactory. I left with black, thick, eyebrows; the complete opposite of what I asked for. I had previously mentioned that I wanted my eyebrows to be lighter and thin, and therefore, was very disappointed with the outcome. The beautician suggested that the final colouring matched my hair colour, which it didn't. I was very distressed by the final outcome.
