I booked a 90-minute sports massage but received a deep tissue one instead. The therapist didn’t ask about my problem areas and talked over my requests, saying, The session started late and ended early, so it felt rushed. Although the massage was good, she missed my shin area despite me mentioning it several times. Better communication and full treatment time would improve the experience.
