I have highly textured hair so I really appreciate the steps Natalia takes to ensure all hairs are removed. 🥰This prevents ingrowns, which I’ve dealt with in the past. She also does her best to wax in the most pain-free way possible. My nails also feel really well looked after by her. She’s really careful and gentle. I appreciate this as some nail techs drill your nails until there’s nothing left 😭 Going to Natalia is an act of self-care for me.
