Lovely, friendly girls and easy to find salon. My nails were good and did the job as I’d booked at last minute after not being able to get into my usual place. The only negative I had was that they asked me to not book on Treatwell and said I should have called them directly which I felt was wrong, I almost felt a bit told off! I’d found the salon through Treatwell and wouldn’t have made my booking there otherwise so it felt a little bit ungracious to suggest I shouldn’t have used the Treatwell app to book. Would put me off rebooking with them to be honest as online booking is much more convenient for me than calling up, which is a shame as I was pleased with the overall experience.

Georgia was lovely. Really chatty and made you feel comfortable. She missed some hairs on my bikini line and the wax wasn’t the neatest I’ve had. But it was done super quick and was affordable. Also had my lip waxed and she did a great job. My only concern was the room wasn’t very clean, the bin hadn’t been taken out in what looked like forever and there was wax splattered all over the wall. You were also a bit cramped up next to the wall during the bikini wax treatment
