As soon as I arrived I was made to feel welcome by my beautician, Kim. After filling in the form we entered a lovely relaxing room, all ready for my facial. Soothing music was playing and the lights were dimmed.
As I had arrived with a full face of quite heavy make-up on Kim proceeded to gently, but thoroughly remove my make-up.
I then received the most wonderful exfoliation, massage and steam experience; all very relaxing.
It would’ve been a little better if each stage had been explained

Hanna is friendly, takes care to do a professional job and has some good advice. I’m very pleased with my waxed and tinted eyebrows.
