Arrived at the salon for my appointment to be told it was cancelled. I was not contacted or told. And the salon wasn’t very apologetic at all. No alternative offered.

Kim was amazing! Had a really relaxing wax, the atmosphere was welcoming, the room was well lit and clean. Kim made me feel very welcome and I enjoyed my treatment so much that I booked a Hollywood wax and gel nails treatment for the next day, both with kim, and both were fantastic. Thanks for the treatments, I feel all glammed for xmas now :)
