Gift for my mum. Supply therapist, all good. However she didn’t receive deluxe elements of mani/pedi. We realised this when she told me about it the next day. Treatwell said raise with the salon. Tried during opening hours but they were closed. Emailed and no reply so went in. They said only the classic was booked then agreed it should have been deluxe and said although the cream and heated mitts/booties were not used my mum had the allotted time. Very poor service. Won’t be open much longer.

New therapist. Lovely manner, did a good job. Had a full body massage : wasn’t relaxing, more unknotting! Benefits more felt the day after as wasn’t knotted or stiff.
Loved the upstairs attic room, ambience was lovely.
Will definitely be returning.
