Difficult to review as the treatment outcome was good, but the service wasn't professional. Technican turned up late, ignored me on arrival, checked her phone throughout the treatment and complained about being tired and wanting going back to bed. Felt fairly uncomfortable throughout, felt the treatment was rushed and, while happy with the Gel nails, I wouldn't return to this salon based on the service received.

I always return to Simply Beautiful salon for my hair cut, all the girls are lovely, an easy going atmosphere and A* treatments, never had a bad word to say about this salon.

Laura was great and very quick, for a 3 year olds first hair cut she was reassuring to my daughter as she was upset and even gave her some chocolates afterwards! Very friendly and would highly recommend!

Laura did an amazing job with my hair and they were so accommodating with me needing to move my appointment around to fit in with childcare. Would definitely recommend, much better value than the expensive ones in town that often don't actually do it that well!
