Had a great experience at Simplicity and will definitely be going back. Was a great hair cut from Jade and lovely experience considering I only booked 30 minutes before the appointment. The hair wash and head massage were also so lovely I was scared I was going to fall asleep!
I booked this about 45 mins before the booking time and it was so great throughout. The staff are lovely and it's very quiet and relaxing. My treatment was amazing and my haircut looks fab (despite my horrible roots!).
Very friendly staff who immediately put you at your ease. They made good suggestions but also listened to what was required. Tucked away in a trendy back street of Fitzrovia this salon deserves more business.
I booked a hair colouring and highlights treatment at Simplicity Remastered Hair and had Charmaine to help me. She was very nice and knew exactly what I wanted. Overal experience was very satisfactory and my hair turned out to be the color I wanted. Would recommend this shop to a friend.
