Simona has been my go to hair stylist for years now but I was disappointed of my last 2 haircuts where (1) she cut it longer than my desired length and insisted that was my usual length followed by my much needed follow up appointment 2 months later where she seemed annoyed that I booked “last minute” and the hair wash and drying was not the usual 10/10 experience where it felt like she wanted me gone. It was quite sad as she’s always been a 5 star for me
