Simon was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very tense and had a lot of tight muscles. He worked out the stress in muscles very well. Sports massages can be intense but you really feel the benefits. After the massage he also instructed me on stretchers to maintain my thigh muscle from tightening. I'll be sure to use his services again when i visit harrogate. Thanks again Simon
