I have thick wavy hair and Alex was really helpful with advising on how to cut and style it. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease. The salon was very busy and unfortunately the appointment was delayed and kept being interrupted as other clients arrived for their appointments. Alex was very apologetic and overall I had a good experience, but I would generally try to avoid Saturdays in future.
