This was the first hair cut I've ever had that the hairdresser actually told me about my hair type. They guided me on how to treat my hair and didn't oversell products. It was great and the lovely head and shoulder massage before was a bonus.

Despite having so many haircuts through my life, I've never felt I had someone who listened to what I wanted then discussed with me what could actually be achieved with my hair type. I got lots of tips on how to use products (turns out I've been doing it wrong) and there was no push to buy products from them, which I appreciated. Really looking forward to returning here and my hair feels great!
