Michela is a true master of her craft and loves to offer fashionable, fresh ideas to her clients. Michela is also the mind, heart & soul of both SIMI Hair Lab and SIMI Beauty. Co-owning and opening the salon with her partner Simone in 2020, she has helped design all the little details in salon, while also focusing heavily on making sure both she and her team provide the utmost care and attentiveness to your service.

Cutting-edge creativity. Consistent, first-rate technical skill. From textured chic to sharpened edges, Simone’s unique vision for every hair type and personality, gives him the ability to achieve a tailored finish that will both flatter and invigorate you. Simone’s love of hairdressing started in his hometown in Rome, training with Tony & Guy and working on numerous fashion shows and editorial shoots. He is one of our educators in salon and co-owner of SIMI Hair Lab with his partner Michela. All of these fashion and Italian influences can both be found in the personal touches throughout the salon itself and in the passionate way he talks about hair.

Alex is the newest addition to the SIMI Hair Lab team and also from a Tony & Guy background. He is an extremely versatile stylist, with many different haircut styles in his portfolio and experience with all hair textures. Whether you're looking for a precision cut, soft feminine layers or something more daring, Alex can create the cut that you're looking for. He is also specialised in men's hair cutting, longer hair length, curly and clipper work. He loves doing competitions and has been awarded in the best six newcomers from the British Hairdressing Awards, OneShot Award and many more!

Meet Vlad. With over 20 years of experience, Vlad is an expert stylist and colourist known for creating tailored cuts and beautiful colour transformations for all hair types and textures. He also specialises in wig-making and hair replacement solutions, helping clients experiencing hair thinning or hair loss regain confidence. Alongside his salon work, Vlad occasionally styles for fashion and editorial projects, keeping his skills and inspiration fresh. With a master's degree in neuropsychology, he brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to every appointment.

Chris is a freelance cutting specialist with over 15 years of experience, known for creating modern, natural and highly personalised looks. His approach focuses on enhancing each client’s individuality, working with the hair’s natural texture and using organic products wherever possible. Specialising in curly hair, pixie cuts, bixies, mullets, bobs, alternative cuts and complete restyles, Chris considers face shape, hair texture and personal style to create a look that feels completely individual. Welcoming clients of all genders, Chris works confidently across both short and long hair. From subtle refreshes to bold transformations, his focus is always on creating a cut that feels effortless, wearable and uniquely yours.
