The venue refused to do my manicure even though I had paid for the treatment online. The woman was not apologetic, and did not offer to process the refund. She was quite rude and told me I would have to call Treatwell. Avoid booking online with them.

Wasn’t her fault but down on staff so I had to wait 45 minutes. Manicure did not last and I was not happy with the finish. If there was not enough time she should have cancelled me to rearrange.

Sima was super welcoming, friendly and attentive. You can tell she pays great attention to detail and takes pride in her work and making sure you get the haircut you want! Recommend
