Didn’t get what I asked for so looking for a new salon to fix my hair.
Wanted highlights touched up instead was told needed base root colour first so agreed as their the professionals so I thought and now have ginger roots and dull looking highlights so upset paid £95 for a horrible look waste of money I had to go sallys to get some advice to wash my hair and use a hair mask which I have but still don’t look nice at all

First time going to sima but had a great experience my highlights are amazing I’ve had so many compliments.
Staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful listen to what you want can’t wait to go back.

Azam gave me the best pedicure i’ve ever had. She was so attentive and took her time sorting out a crushed toenail I had. Wonderful foot massage at the end. Have already recommended her to all my friends.
