I Head drama visited I didn't realise that last time I went there that they done gel nails when I rebooked for file and Polish a were told I would have to pay an extra £5 seeing as they have to file off the gel nails .. That's not what I paid for if I knew this in the 1st place I would not have this done..she's can't seem to recall what I had done this on my 1st visit...hence maybe not knowing the Procedure of this A con to get me to pay more money to get this stuff off my nails not happy.

Loved my experience the lady who done my nails was nice friendly and I actually really thought I'd be able to come back here but I got my nails done on Thursday and on Saturday (my birthday) I lost the first nail thought oops ok let me go and get it fixed on Monday (today). Well I've now lost 3 nails as the acrylic layer is very very thin and I don't think going to fix the nails that broke will help because the others will soon break with them. And it's such a shame because she was really nice

Complete rip-off. This is the first time I have had shellac removed and my nails haven’t been filed or cleaned up at the end?! It would have taken 5 mins.
