Love going in to see Kafi-Ann, she's always super friendly and chatty and even if i'm having a bad day she brings me right out of it! Not a spec of hair left in the requested areas and zero pain (even when things have gotten a little out of control). The environment is sleek with lux products and the other staff as also very inviting - Highly Recommend!
