Great location, room was nice and clean, candles were lit during the facial. The therapist was very nice and spoke to me beforehand about any concerns I had/why I had come along for the treatment. Would recommend and go back again.

Wonderful. Brand new salon and beautiful rooms, which is quite rare I find. They were wonderful as Treatwell hadnt sent them a confirmation for my treatment and they still accommodated me, shuffling some things around. The lady who treated me was friendly, professional with lots of helpful tips. My skin looked amazing after the treatment, albeit a bit red/flush but after a few hours looked radically different: supple and glowing. I've found my local haven! great professionals. Go!

Please don't go by the 60 mins mentioned in the description. I went in imagining I'd get a full 60 mins facial. 8 mins - to realize you're in their clinic 8 mins - for them to clean-up/ prepare the room 10 mins - to discuss your skin condition 34 mins - Actual facial (felt like she was in a hurry to finish). The lady went on and on about the recommendation of products and routines she'd suggest 'After' the facial. Well... all she did was made a false promise of mailing it to me next sunday!! (got the facial done on tue). That seemed a little strange. Haven't received any advice from them since! She did not bother to advice me on after care. After asking her a few times, she asked me to buy some stuff from boots. I'm Asian, no idea if things work better for others!!

Lidia remember me from last month visit and asked for feedback. She made suggestions for current treatment and really cleaned my skin. Also she gave me a few samples to calm down the skin. I enjoyed the visit and had great results afterwards. Will be back.
