A lovely spa in a slightly unassuming spot, the atmosphere is great, they have great products and it's much bigger than it seems. But although the treatments were nice, I don't think I'd pay full price, as nothing seemed quite as professional as you'd hope. For example, they don't do any kind of new customer check - as it happens, there's no medical conditions they need to know about, but they couldn't know that. Also, while I'd rather have mood lighting than bright strip lights, it was so darkly moody I'm surprised the therapist could see my face. The same with the staff - my therapist was polite and friendly but eg during the face mask, she left unlike most places which would throw in a hand/scalp massage. She was also slightly heavy handed - if you wanted a relaxing massage, this was way too vigorous. Although if you want the knots pummelled out, it was spot on.
It certainly isn't terrible, but not quite perfect either.
I would like to higly recommend Silky Smooth saloon very friendly and nice staff, not far from Ealing Braodaway station. I am very happy about service which I received .I already recommend to my friend and she will defintely go there.I am sure tthat if you will go silky smooth you won't be disappointed.

The massage was too hard for me. The Detox treatment was ok. There was no ambiance -rather dull. The staff were very pleasant but I will not be going back paying full price.

I chose a massage and eyelash tint at Silky Smooth. The lady giving me the treatment was friendly and did everything really well. The decor is lovely and exotic. I would go again.

The massage was brilliant! Really firm and worth every penny, so viewing the eyelashes were a bonus. (I had a half set of lashes with the special offer which was the main enticement for me buying this. They looked lovely, but only lasted about 10 days which was a bit disappointing.) Still I'd go back, just for the massage!
