Lovely atmosphere, very zen-like the decor. They managed to fit me in when it appeared to be all booked up.
The only thing I would say is that the masssage felt a bit rushed & for a full body I didn't get the facial massage which usually comes with it, but that is probably because they were fitting me in between other bookings.

Really thorough and lots of extraction. I had a very articulate member of staff who was well informed and genuinely interested in providing a great experience. She spent her time whilst waiting for the mask to work its magic, massaging my arms and hands. Wonderful!
