Gita has always been amazing; my only comment (this is not directing to Gita more to the owner of the business or anyone managing the booking), your booking system is a mess. The business tried to reschedule my appointment 3 times because there's overlapping. I feel like I am being pushed about and disrespected because they decided to put importance on other customers without caring about my experience.
