The facial was nice and relaxing but I just felt the woman doing my facial could have been a bit friendlier. She didn't introduce herself to me and I always find that helps to relax into a treatment with someone you haven't met before. I would definitely go back to the salon though as I enjoyed the treatment and my experiences from other staff members have been extremely positive.

The spa had a lovely ambience and my masseuse was very friendly. The massage itself was very good and really helped my shoulders, where I suffer a lot of tension. I will definitely go back and would recommend to everyone.
