I was grateful they could fit me in for a last-minute appointment, but unfortunately I wouldn’t return.
The whole appointment felt very rushed and quite rough. There was very little communication, my cuticles were cut quite aggressively and the drilling was painful at several points. The gel also became extremely hot under the UV lamp.
