Lash looking lush. Friendly staff, and offered water whilst I waited. Prefer the new salon location at Canary Wharf, as more spacious. Looking forward to the new upstairs treatment rooms when they are finished, the downstairs nail area already look good.

i believe clients should always be treated with respect, even when they don’t come from the same place as you. in a big diverse city like london in the year 2025 i can’t enter a place and be bullied in chinese/vietnamese. the girl gave me a totally different color of nails than the one i wanted and her colleagues laughed at me the entire time thinking i wasn’t understanding. what was your goal, losing a client? you don’t earn nothing by being evil
