Salon undergoing refurbishment so very dusty. No one else in the salon.
Therapist used non sterilised tools during my manicure.
I asked for biab and the application was rushed and poor quality - extremely thick - I’ve already had it removed. I should have asked for a refund.

Lash looking lush. Friendly staff, and offered water whilst I waited. Prefer the new salon location at Canary Wharf, as more spacious. Looking forward to the new upstairs treatment rooms when they are finished, the downstairs nail area already look good.
