I kept putting off to try waxing because I felt nervous about the pain but Marica made the experience pleasant and it was not bad at all, and I think I have low pain tolerance. I really liked how thorough she was with the consent form because it shows she prioritises her client’s health. It was my first ever wax and I was running a bit late because of traffic but she made me feel at ease straight away and was very reassuring throughout the process. I will be definitely be coming back!
