Therapist was seemingly inexperienced. She applied the wax in a haphazard order so missed large areas of hair. When I pointed them out she was so concerned of double waxing the same area that she either didn’t do it or did it with the warning that any redness or removal of skin would be my own issue. She also attempted to scrape all of the wax on the wand onto my body (even when there wasn’t enough) so pulled at the skin which was quite painful.
