Helpful in as far as they changed my appointment type
Booked for HD brows but if you tell me a patch is unnecessary and it’s going on my face I will raise my eyebrow - so not being able to ask for a refund I asked to have a different wax
No prep of area, re-dipping, wax overly hot - not adjusted, removed from multiple directions - by far thee most painful wax I have ever had.
Would be fine but left and it wasn’t a clean wax & when got home found there wax still lots of wax on my skin.

Silhani now knows what I like and sticks to just that! Salon is calming and quiet and everyone is very friendly. Would definitely recommend!
